What is Backyard Pyre?

We’re a luxury outdoor living brand and authorized Elementi Fire dealer specializing in premium fire pits, fire tables, and patio features. Every purchase includes personal consultation and white-glove service

How does shipping work?

Your order shipd directly from Elementi Fire to your door - typically within 7-14 business days. 

Free shipping to the continental United States.

Do I need a professional to install my fire feature?

Most models are DIY-friendly and take 5-20 mins to set up. If you're connecting to a main gas line, we recommend a licensed professional.

Is there are warranty?

Yes - All products come with a 1or 2 year (depending on model) manufacturers warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

How does billing work?

Unused products can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Contact us before returning for an RMA number.
